My cumulative GPA is 3.49, am I eligible to apply for the International Fellowship?

No. To be eligible for the International Fellowship, applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. For master’s degree applicants, the CGPA must be based on the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree. For doctorate degree applicants, the CGPA must be based on the highest degree earned at the time of application.
