Fellowship or grant funds may only be used for expenses incurred during the official fellowship or grant term. Eligible expenses include:
- Project-related costs (for Community Action Grants and AAUW Branch and Affiliate Grants), including staff costs for Community Action Grants only
- Educational costs such as tuition, fees, and required course materials (e.g., books and supplies)
- Living expenses, including housing, food, healthcare, and dependent care (e.g., childcare)
